Heat transfer manufacturer FM Expressions is donating the heat transfers powering dubstep producer Zomboy’s fundraiser to help combat child hunger in America during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“When Joshua Mellody (Zomboy) and his team reached out to us about their initiative, we were really honored to be trusted with helping such a great cause,” said Nathan Anderson, VP marketing of FM Expressions.
With COVID-19 causing massive shutdowns around the country, many school meal programs have been put on hold, leaving American families struggling to provide healthy meals for their children. Zomboy is hand-decorating an exclusive line of apparel using FM Expressions’ heat transfers and raffling them off in exchange for donations to his selected charity No Kid Hungry. “(FM Expressions) has given me the ability to print my own T-shirts from the safety of my garage” Mellody said on his Facebook video Thursday afternoon. He went on to say: “Every single penny of this is going to the charity, so let’s do some good.”
