Hotronix continues its tradition of being the first with innovation and technology that improves user friendliness, print quality and reduces errors with its new Heated Lower Platen™.
Bottom platen heat allows for a lower application temperature on the top platen, which can reduce scorching on heat sensitive fabrics like polyester and performance wear. It also helps melt adhesive from the bottom, reducing production time.
These adhesive-backed decorations receive heat where it’s most needed to firmly bond it to the product. Less pressure is needed which means that even 3D and die cast emblems retain their full dimension.
The Heated Lower Platen comes in a 16- x 20-inch size and is compatible with Hotronix or Maxx® model clam presses.
