Grimco, Inc. Acquires Proveer Sign & Graphics: Canadian Operations

Grimco, Inc. has announced the acquisition of the Canadian operations of Proveer Sign and Graphics. The acquisition combines the strengths of Grimco Inc. and Proveer Sign and Graphics by leveraging both companies’ expansive product lines and resources and Proveer Sign and Graphics’ local industry expertise to deliver an unparalleled buying experience to both US and Canadian customers. Grimco, Inc. will be adding five new locations in the cities of Toronto, ON, Montreal, QC, Dartmouth, NS, Calgary, AB, and Vancouver, BC to their market portfolio, expanding their presence in the industry on an international scale. Michael Bolinger, from Grimco, Inc. will be leading the merger process as the Vice-President of Canadian Operations.
