Responsibilities:
This role uses data, technology, and customer feedback to develop advertising channels and products. The Digital Product Manager has the primary responsibilities of:
• Managing digital display and native advertising products supporting brand awareness, demand generation and lead generation across website, newsletter, and social channels.
• Product development for first party data driven advertising products to help our clients achieve their marketing objectives.
• Collaborating with brand owners, clients, and development teams to adapt existing products and media marketing capabilities to various client opportunities within the industry.
• Collaborating with brand owners, sales teams, ad operations and other internal departments to create consistent support documentation (product sales decks, operational training, etc.).
• Understanding how the products are architected with sufficient detail to improve their performance, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Maintain and execute components of the roadmap for digital products while improving the product development process.
• Assist in the UX and functional improvement of digital content delivery channels (websites, newsletters, podcasts, etc.).
Qualifications:
• An analytical mindset with strong communication skills, patience, and curiosity.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising planning, media buying (i.e. demand side), or media sales (i.e. supply side).
• 3-5 years of experience in digital product development, digital product management, online advertising, ad ops, rev ops, website development, marketing operations or digital media operations.
• Versed in media, marketing, and ad tech concepts and terminology (1st/3rd party data, Google Privacy Sandbox, Programmatic (DSP or SSP), audience segmentation and activation (e.g. via CDP, DMP, or clean rooms).
• Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Google Campaign Manager, LiveIntent, supply side or demand side platforms.
• Demonstrate experience with B2B sales and marketing process, marketing campaign optimization, programmatic exchanges, native advertising and/or audience targeting.
• A deep understanding of data, UX, and digital marketing channels and supporting technologies.
Please note, while this position is remote, it is required to be within a commutable distance to our Philadelphia, PA office.
